Employer Description Our client is a Manufacturing company based in Kwazulu Natal Job Description Manage the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machines and moulds. Oversee the correct use of auxiliary and supporting equipment Ensures efficient, cost-effective and high-quality production within the department. Identify training needs and develop training programs to upskill team members on new technologies and integrate them into the system Identify and ensure the provision of necessary human, machine, and material resources for production Ensures efficient, cost-effective and high-quality production within the department. Ensure publication, implementation and compliance of quality management procedures within the production department Develop and implement projects aimed at reducing scrap rates Adhere strictly to ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System procedures and instructions Qualifications Matriculation Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial Engineering) Skills Minimum 5 Years experience in the Injection Moulding Industry Deep understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes and the operation of injection moulding machinery and equipment General knowledge of design software and the ability to read and draft technical drawings Basic knowledge of mould design, manufacturing, and maintenance.
