To succeed in this role, you should be a qualified Diesel Mechanic or Forklift Mechanic with at least 5 years of post-trade experience and 3 - 5 years in a management role. You must be computer literate with sound technical knowledge of trucks, forklifts, and other diesel vehicles. Strong skills in fleet management and maintenance planning as well as a valid drivers licence is essential.
