Boilermaker (Workshop)

Responsibility: Safety Compliance with all safety regulations as set out in the mines policies Complete daily inspections and Maintain workshop and assets namely work areas equipment tools and toolbox Maintenance Maintain install, do diagnostics and repair steel and metal structures Perform instructions as per work orders and job cards Report problem and make recommendations to supervisor Comply with quality standards Participate in planning process and execution of plans in your section Housekeeping General tidiness and good housekeeping of site and other areas of responsibility. Minimum Requirements: National Senior Certificate Candidates must have a valid driver's license Boilermaker Trade Certificate is required N2 in relevant field of trade Three (3) years post trade experience in a heavy industrial. mining or plant environment Knowledge / Competencies /Abilities: Fully bilingual Most be medically fit and pass a medical examination as required from the designated mines Ability to work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines as determined by the supervisor Most possess basic problem solving. basic self-management Machines, Duties, Responsibilities & Reasons for Leaving at each Company MUST be listed on CV.
