Our client, a reputable and well-established authorized OEM automotive dealership in Umhlanga, is looking for a Red Seal-certified Technician to join their high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and mechanical repairs on vehicles Conduct diagnostic tests and identify faults using specialized tools Complete job cards and update service records accurately Follow manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols Maintain a clean and organized work environment Communicate effectively with service advisors and workshop staff Test drive vehicles to assess performance and verify repairs Keep up to date with the latest vehicle technology and procedures Report any additional issues or safety concerns promptly Use manufacturer-specific repair systems and databases Ensure quality control on all repairs before vehicle handover Key Attributes Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team Problem-solving mindset Good time management Customer-focused attitude Requirements Red Seal Trade Certificate as a Motor Technician 35 years experience working at an OEM car dealership Proven ability to work on a variety of vehicle brands Valid drivers license Proficient in vehicle diagnostic tools and systems Remuneration: Basic Salary R17 000 - R25 000 (Depending on experience) Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
