HR Practioner - IR & Payroll Focus

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Practitioner with a strong focus on Industrial Relations to join our client in the S/Subs. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for handling all employee relations matters, managing HR administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of industrial relations within the organization inclu CCMA Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures Handle disciplinary matters and grievances in line with company policies and legal requirements Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing Develop and implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and wellbeing The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR administration, payroll, and industrial relations.
