The ideal couple will consist of an experienced trails guide and lodge manager with prior experience in a 5-star lodge. Assistant Manager Minimum 3-5 years experience as a manager in a 4/5 star lodge (Essential) Excellent understanding of all functions within a lodge operation. Sound financial acumen and computer literacy. Strong Food and Beverage background. Excellent Customer Relations. Professional and well-groomed. Must be of sober habits. Drivers license is essential. Trails Guide: FGASA Level 2; Full Trails. Valid ARH & PDP and NDT. Oversee the maintenance department. Strong technical skills with the ability to perform various repairs and maintenance tasks. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook for managing schedules and communication. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures. Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
