Technical Business Analyst - SAP Supply Chain

JOB DESCRIPTION INFORMATION: Job Title: Technical Business Analyst- SAP Supply Chain Employment Type: 2 Year Fixed Term Contract Work Model: Fully Remote JOB CONTEXT: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within an Agile framework. This position involves active participation in Scrum ceremonies, meticulous development of user stories, thorough analysis of business requirements, and analysis of technical/process-related data issues. THE JOB REQUIREMENTS: Familiarity with user management tool principles & practices and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies will be beneficial. Knowledge of Supply Chain processes and SAP will be beneficial. Willingness to collaborate w2ith teams in different time-zones. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally. Must have an excellent ability to multi-task effectively. Must have key Business Analyst principles. Must have project management skills. Outputs: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements Analyse and facilitate the translation of business requirements into technical specifications and user stories. Work closely with development team to design, implement, and test requirements including any required system integration. Facilitate technical connection requirements for any system integration required Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, system architecture changes, data mappings, and user guides. Assist in the creation and execution of manual test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented requirements. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting with business counterparts to ensure data quality and defect resolution. Participate and provide feedback on UAT activities. DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION: Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Knowledge and Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in IT. Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on backend applications and system integration Familiarity with user management tool principles & practices and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies will be beneficial. Knowledge of Supply Chain processes and SAP will be beneficial. PACKAGE & REMUNERATION: Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
