Power Pallet Truck Driver

Requirements: Matric / Grade 12. Valid operating license. Clear criminal record. 3 to 4 years' experience in logistics and warehousing. Immediately available. Residing in the Pietermaritzburg (KZN) area and surrounds. General Competencies: Demonstrates a positive and respectful attitude towards others. Teamwork. Customer service - drives excellence. Health and safety - works safely within the health, safety and environmental guidelines. Achieves targets and is willing to take on additional responsibilities. Demonstrates energy, enthusiasm and commitment. Able to work under pressure. Adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules. Ability to read, understand and follow instructions. Ability to count accurately and to perform simple math calculations. Have appropriate hand, eye and foot co-ordination to effectively use mechanical handling equipment. Ability to move product which may require bending, stretching, stooping, stepping, reaching and/or lifting in line with health and safety regulations.
