Key Responsibilities: Oversee all pastry and baking operations, from concept to plating Design and execute a variety of high-end desserts, breads, pastries, and baked goods for multiple dining experiences Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality at all times Manage pastry kitchen staff, including training, development and scheduling Monitor stock levels, place orders and maintain cost control Ensure hygiene and safety standards are upheld to the highest levels Work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to deliver seamless service Requirements: Formal pastry or culinary qualification Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Chef in a luxury lodge or hotel environment Exceptional plating skills and creativity with flavours and textures Strong leadership abilities and the ability to work under pressure Excellent time management and organisational skills Passionate about food trends and innovation If you are an artistic and detail-driven pastry professional ready to take your career to the next level in a five-star environment, we invite you to apply.
