HR / Receptionist

Job Title: HR / Receptionist Location: Kempton park Salary: R25 000 - R30 000 CTC per month Vacancy Type: Full-Time Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required: Matric (Grade 12). Minimum 4 years experience in HR and reception duties in a similar industry. Proficient in English and Afrikaans (written and spoken). Legal and labour law background. Computer literate (MS Office, HR software). Well-presented and professional demeanour. Familiar with South African labour regulations. Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality. Beneficial requirements: Diploma / Certificates will be beneficial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Duties and responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for visitors and HR-related queries. Handle all front-desk and office administrative tasks professionally. Support HR functions such as employee onboarding, leave tracking, and records management. Assist with labour law compliance, disciplinary procedures, and staff relations. Draft and proofread documentation, letters, and HR reports.
