Your Responsibilities: Executive Support Serve as the primary liaison for the CEO and top executives. Calendar & Travel Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Confidential Administration Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion. Communication Coordinate across departments and with external stakeholders. Documentation Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence. Project Follow-Up Assist with tracking project timelines and key action items. Personal Support Provide assistance with personal matters as required.
