Trails Guide/Relief Manager

This is a rustic and intimate bush lodge sleeping a maximum of 12 guests at a time. Here, privacy and tranquility meet unforgettable wildlife adventures, with unrushed game drives and immersive bush walks designed for true connection with nature. Candidate requirements; Minimum of 3 years' experience as a trails guide and/or leadership roles within the guiding industry Ideally, have FGASA NQF4, and Full Trails All Guiding documentation (First Aid, FGASA, NDT, PDP, ARH, etc) must be fully up to date and valid Possession of a valid drivers license & PDP is essential Must be computer literate Must be mature, confident, stable, and an analytical thinker Must be a natural leader Strong decision-making abilities under pressure Passion for the outdoors and client satisfaction Commitment to safety and environmental sustainability Must be well-presented and well-spoken Must reference incredibly well Responsibilities include check-ins and check-outs, with some managerial duties
