Merchandising Specialist

Key Responsibilities Lead the execution of engaging, consistent merchandising displays across all stores Provide visual merchandising training and guidance to in-store teams Ensure adherence to company-wide planograms, floor plans, and display standards Collaborate closely with store managers to drive sales through impactful merchandising Provide feedback and insights to the Space Planning Department to improve display strategies Support ongoing store relays and ensure efficient use of fixtures and fittings Efficient fixture usage & reduced procurement of surplus equipment Timely completion of store relays Compliance with planograms & visual standards Staff training and continuous support Process and system improvements aligned with digital transformation goals Minimum Requirements National Diploma (Visual Merchandising / Retail / Design advantageous) 5 years of relevant experience in retail visual merchandising, preferably in a multi-site environment Process and system improvements aligned with digital transformation goals Strategic thinker with the ability to drive visual impact Comfortable navigating complexity and influencing across multiple teams High achievement orientation and drive to create value Pragmatic, self-aware, and highly collaborative
