Job Description
A well established company based in Edenvale, requires a full time Administrator. DUTIES: The Main Purpose and responsibilities of the successful candidate, will be to coordinate & support the day-to day activities of the admin team The candidate will be trained to develop their required product & system knowledge REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position Grade 12 Automotive, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mining or Medical Background advantageous Secretarial / Admin Diploma (minimum of a 1-year full time course) Fully computer literate (MS office Suite including OneDrive and MS Teams) The successful candidate, must be able to learn efficiently and be able to continue with this learning on an informal and ongoing basis Methodical Must be able to work under pressure Effective communication skills with superiors, colleagues and suppliers Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and use their initiative Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong planning and organizational skills The ability to plan and deal with unexpected changes Effective conflict management and the ability to work as part of a team
