To provide and maintain efficient IT LAN & WAN infrastructure To maintain Servers, networked printers, routers, PCs, and desktop configurations to ensure optimal utilization and functionality To ensure daily server administration, event inspection, updates and backups To ensure effective and efficient installation, moving, adding, amendment of servers, PCs, software, hardware, networking routers, devices, printers and / or relevant equipment as and when required To ensure the installation, maintenance and configuration of anti-virus software and any other software, as and when required. To provide telephone support and end user application support to all Orion Employees – Head Office, Hotels and other Sites / Buildings To ensure effective record keeping and updating of filing systems To ensure preparation and maintenance of disaster recovery procedures for the group
