Job Overview Location: Pretoria, Gauteng Employment Type: Permanent Experience Level: Mid-Senior (5 years) A fast-paced marketing team is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in managing advertising platforms. The role focuses on executing and optimising digital campaigns across various platforms and supporting e-commerce and retail marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead campaign setup, execution, and optimisation on Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, and 3rd party platforms. Oversee agency relationships and manage creative briefs. Analyse campaign data and compile monthly performance reports. Support e-commerce initiatives by improving customer journey and conversion. Conduct competitor analysis and contribute to digital strategy. Requirements: BCom in Marketing Management or related Commerce degree. 5 years B2C digital marketing experience, including international exposure. Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and e-commerce platforms. Strong analytical and communication skills. Desirable: Postgraduate or additional digital marketing certifications. Experience in marketing automation, streaming platforms, or CRM tools.
