Qualifications Matric Requirements C.N.C/Co2/BTL/Waterjet and fiber Laser technician Waterjet Service, repairs classic and pro 4000/6500 bar (KMT pumps) Fiber Laser Cutting Machine Servicing (splicing etc) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy Duties Servicing and customer support focused on complex installations and breakdown issues Develop and drive installation plans of machines Training Junior Service Technicians and customers Inspect work done by Junior Technicians to ensure quality and adherence to standards Develop and drive scheduled maintenance plans Senior technical advisor for Junior Service Technicians and customers
