Maintenance and Projects Manager High-End Hospitality Group | North West A renowned and high-end hospitality group located in the North West province is looking for an experienced and proactive Maintenance and Projects Manager to oversee all maintenance operations and capital projects across its luxury lodge properties. This role is integral to maintaining the groups high standards of functionality, aesthetics, and safety. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all maintenance operations, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and structural upkeep Plan, coordinate, and manage renovations, refurbishments, and infrastructure projects Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards Oversee and manage external contractors, suppliers, and service providers Implement preventative maintenance plans and manage asset lifecycle systems Conduct regular inspections across properties and address issues proactively Manage project and maintenance budgets effectively and efficiently Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality, game lodge, or resort environment Strong technical knowledge of maintenance systems and project execution Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and contractors across multiple sites Excellent planning, budgeting, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with remote and rural property operations is advantageous Valid drivers license and flexibility to travel between properties as needed What We Offer: A competitive salary package The opportunity to work with a prestigious hospitality brand in a unique and dynamic environment A collaborative team culture with room for growth and long-term development If you are a resourceful and experienced maintenance leader ready to take on a diverse and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply and join a group committed to operational excellence.
