Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead and support Store Managers to achieve sales, profit, and customer service targets. Monitor store performance, analyze sales reports, and implement strategies to improve turnover and profitability. Ensure consistent operational standards across stores, including merchandising, stock control, staff management, and compliance. Recruit, train, coach, and develop store teams to ensure strong leadership at branch level. Conduct regular store visits and audits, providing actionable feedback to enhance performance and customer experience. Collaborate with head office on marketing campaigns, product rollouts, and regional promotions. Drive implementation of new systems, processes, and strategic initiatives across the region.  Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of multi-store management experience in a retail environment. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven track record of delivering on KPIs and improving business performance. Hands-on experience in people management, training, and team development. Solid understanding of retail operations, stock control, and visual merchandising. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the province.
