Stores Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate stock records by reconciling theoretical and actual stock levels. Assist in maintaining accurate bills of materials for maintenance spares and production support services. Receive, verify, and record all incoming goods. Monitor production stock levels to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. Manage effective stock control, including timely ordering and maintaining essential spares. Ensure all critical raw materials are accompanied by relevant conformance certificates for each batch. Maintain and organize technical data sheets and delivery notes. Oversee proper storage of raw materials within the store and yard areas. Issue goods to the production floor as needed. Update stock control systems on a daily basis. Supervise store personnel in accordance with company policies and procedures. Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in all storage areas. Job Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Energetic, hardworking, and proactive. Responsible, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills across all organizational levels. Additional Duties: Ensure optimal stock levels and accurate records. Regularly update systems with records of received, issued, and pending stock items. Facilitate and oversee monthly stock takes.
