Job Description

Minimum requirements: Matric essential, with a post-matric qualification beneficial Minimum of 5 - 10 years' experience Conventional Transfers Estate Transfers Sectional Title and related transfers Developments Must be able to do the entire transfer process from start to finish Ability to work well under pressure and manage demanding clients and estate agents Good general health Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport Organised, neat, and detail-oriented Proficient in using E4 Ability to compile and send out detailed weekly progress reports to clients Able to liaise confidently and professionally with clients and estate agents Capable of working independently with a positive, solution-driven attitude Must be fluent in both English and Afrikaans (written and spoken) References from previous employers are essential to verify practical experience and skill level It will be beneficial to live in surrounding area Own car and valid driver's license Consultant: Stephnie Taljaard - Dante Personnel Cape Town
