Job Description
Responsibilities: Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports. Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both physical and digital. Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally. Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and event planning. Process invoices, expense reports, and basic financial documentation. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams as needed. Perform general office duties to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements: Grade 12 certificate (Matric) is essential. Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative or personal assistant role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. A proactive approach and attention to detail.
