Job Description

The Performance and Governance Specialist in Global Mobility is responsible for overseeing the performance metrics and governance frameworks of the global mobility program. This role ensures that all mobility processes align with organizational goals and comply with relevant regulations This is a senior role that will require thought leadership, an analytical approach, and applied knoweldge in developing performance metrics, reporting and dashboards that monitor the program's success. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of global mobility programs. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employee relocations, assignments, and overall program success. Ensure compliance with internal governance policies and external regulations. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with HR, finance, and legal teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Provide training and support to employees and managers on governance and performance standards. Develop and maintain documentation related to governance policies and performance metrics. Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes. Experience & Qualifcations Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Experience in global mobility, governance, or performance management Strong analytical and digital skills In-depth knowledge of governance and performance management. This role is ideal for a resilient performance management specialist who can confidently provide insight and advice as the organisation’s expert in best practice and best performance of the global mobility programme. This role can be based Durban or Johannesburg.
