Senior / Design Engineer [ M&E | BIM | Autocad ]

[Job ID:751784] Responsibilities: Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on project matters. Prepare and manage project documentation including Bill of Quantities (BQ). Handle design and build (D&B) projects across various sectors. Develop optimized electrical design solutions aligned with project requirements. Produce detailed design drawings (e.g., SLDs, layouts) and perform electrical calculations (e.g., voltage drop, fault level). Support multiple concurrent M&E projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Lead project meetings and interface with cross-functional teams to meet milestones. Ensure all design documents and drawings are properly stored and maintained. Assist in ad-hoc engineering tasks as assigned. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on M&E design experience in construction, LTA projects, or mixed-use developments. Strong knowledge of local electrical codes and standards, e.g., SS638 (CP5), SS650, SS555.
