Job Description: Analyze current and future business needs and recommend new initiatives and processes to ensure continuous improvements in team objectives, productivity, and development. Partner with leaders and line managers to provide solutions in day-to-day people matters and long-term organisational planning, including recruitment, career development, talent management, learning, coaching, compensation, employee relations, recognition, and strategic development. Ensure high employee engagement through effective monitoring of the employee "pulse". Manage complex HR initiatives at both operational and strategic levels to deliver best-in-class HR programs. Handle employee relations and performance discussions and challenges with relevant teams and leaders. Champion and incorporate company culture and values in all work aspects. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of HR experience in a dynamic, high-performing environment. Previous experience as an HR generalist or HR consultant is a plus. Strategic thinker: Quickly evaluates situations, combines strong business judgment and people intuition to make well-informed decisions. Able to work efficiently at pace while maintaining attention to detail and standards. Proactive and collaborative attitude.
