The role will focus on providing regulatory advisory support, handling customer complaints, and managing dispute resolution matters across a broad range of general banking products and services. You will work closely with business and compliance stakeholders to assess legal risks, support strategic initiatives, and ensure alignment with regulatory expectations. The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with at least 7 years of post-qualification experience, including strong in-house legal exposure within the banking sector. Proven expertise in regulatory advisory and litigation or dispute resolution, particularly involving customer matters or enforcement issues, is essential. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic legal function that supports the full spectrum of banking activities across consumer and corporate segments.
