Lead Data Architect

Join our growing Data & AI team as a Lead Data Architect We're looking for a seasoned Data Architect to split time between: Client delivery (Microsoft Fabric, Azure, AI/ML) Team leadership (mentoring, career growth) Practice development (assets, GTM, IP) Requirements: Senior-level experience in Data & AI , with a background in client-facing solutioning and delivery leadership . Proven expertise in data architecture and delivering solutions with: Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Power BI Snowflake, Azure-based AI/ML tools Deep knowledge of data governance , metadata management , and data quality . Microsoft-focused, but curious and adaptable , with a willingness to explore new tools and technologies. Develop IP and shape our Data & AI offerings This role bridges US & LATAM—driving strategic alignment and collaboration! Soft Skills & Leadership Strong leadership of large data teams, including mentoring and career development. Skilled at training team members while maintaining hands-on technical guidance. Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with a confident executive presence. Adaptable and proactive, especially in fast-paced, high-growth consulting environments. Driven by curiosity and a continuous learning mindset.
