IT Performance Testing Life Cycle

Role : IT Performance Tester Support (Life Cycle), availability to work in Querétaro, Monterrey, Guadalajara or CDMX; hybrid mode. TATA* is looking for IT Performance Tester Support. Must have: Experience: 3 years Degree: Bachelor's in Computer Science or other equivalent technical discipline. Spoken and written English level: Advanced Technical Skills: Very proficient in LoadRunner and Azure-based applications . The ideal candidate should be well versed in all phases of performance testing and capable of handling client interactions, reporting, and defect analysis. Design, develop, and execute performance test strategies for Web applications. Develop performance test scripts using LoadRunner (HTTP Protocol) (TruClient scripting knowledge is a plus). Independently manage all phases of performance testing, including test planning, scripting, execution, analysis, and reporting. Able to handle client calls to discuss Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), reporting, and bug analysis. Develop and execute performance scripts for Azure hosted applications. Utilize AppInsights and other monitoring tools to analyze performance bottlenecks and suggest improvements. Create and maintain various performance testing reports to track system performance over time. Track, report, and manage performance defects using DevOps, Jira, or similar tools. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and product teams to address performance issues. Conduct various kinds of Performance tests via LRE/LRC .
