Cost Accounting Supervisor

In this role, you'll lead a team, owning the development and control of standard costs for all domestic products. Why This Role Stands Out: High visibility and cross-functional exposure within Finance and Supply Chain teams Lead cost standardization, continuous improvement initiatives, and ERP transformation efforts Key player in internal controls and process enhancements Opportunity to coach and grow a capable team What You’ll Do: Oversee the full lifecycle of costing Drive the annual standards-setting and training process Ensure cost accuracy and compliance through close coordination with Supply Chain Lead improvement projects and support ERP implementation (SAP) Act as the main point of contact for external auditors regarding costing controls What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 4–5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting - specific cost experience would be a plus Advanced English skills Strong SAP and Excel skills Solid understanding of US GAAP Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
