Job Title: NetSuite Specialist – Finance Focus Experience Required: 4–5 years Joining: Immediate preferred About the Role: We’re hiring a NetSuite Specialist with a strong finance background —not engineering. This role is ideal for someone who knows the ins and outs of NetSuite, understands how to manage and feed data accurately, and brings deep financial expertise to the table. We’re looking for a senior-level resource who’s comfortable working hands-on with financial systems and workflows. Key Responsibilities: • Manage data entry, configuration, and validation within NetSuite • Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data across modules • Support finance operations through NetSuite-based reporting and analysis • Collaborate with internal finance teams to improve system use and efficiency • Identify and troubleshoot NetSuite issues related to financial processes • Maintain documentation for financial workflows and system configurations Requirements: • 4–5 years of experience working with NetSuite in a finance-focused role • Strong understanding of core financial concepts, processes, and reporting • Proven experience in data handling, validation, and system management • Ability to translate finance needs into system workflows • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • Experience working in finance departments using NetSuite ERP If you’re a finance wizard who knows how to make NetSuite work like a charm, we want to hear from you.
