Job Description

Location: Mahadevapura, Bangalore Experience: 1-3 Years Role Type: 3 months Internship, In-office (potential for full-time conversion based on performance) Day Shift: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm About Us: Founded in 2014, WaterScience is revolutionizing non-drinking water filtration. Our portfolio spans shower and tap filters, water softeners, and hard-water solutions that make everyday life healthier and more sustainable. We’ve grown from a small warehouse in Bangalore to an integrated team of over 60 people across 6 cities in India. Our vision? To set new standards in non-drinking water filtration while fostering healthier lives and contributing to a sustainable planet. Role Objective: Work directly with the founder to drive product and category-level growth across channels. Execute data-driven, full-stack marketing campaigns (online & offline) to improve visibility, conversions, and retention. Ideal for someone hungry to learn, experiment, and drive measurable outcomes fast. Key Responsibilities: 1. Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan and execute growth campaigns for priority products and categories across: Online: Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Search Offline: Retail outlets, apartment activations, events Owned Channels: WhatsApp, Email, SMS Run experiments to improve CAC, LTV, and repeat rate. 2. Analytics & Growth Hacking: Track campaign performance (CTR, ROAS, conversions). Identify drop-offs in the funnel and suggest quick experiments. Own dashboards, reports, and key growth metrics. 3. Cross-Functional Execution: Coordinate with design, content, performance, and ops teams. Prepare briefs, monitor progress, and ensure timely execution. Create SOPs for repeatable campaign formats (sales bursts, launches, etc.). 4. Founder’s Projects: Support special projects assigned by the founder. Independently own mini-projects with high visibility. Work across teams to ensure cross-functional execution. Ideal Candidate: 1–3 years of experience in D2C, e-commerce, or a marketing agency Prior exposure to digital marketing is a must. Proven execution skills across digital platforms (Google, Meta, Amazon, WhatsApp, Email) Analytical mindset; hands-on with Excel/Google Sheets and willing to learn GA4, Meta Ads Manager, etc. Self-starter, fast learner, and comfortable working in ambiguity Bonus : Prior startup experience or exposure to offline retail What You’ll Get: Direct mentorship from the founder Exposure across marketing, product, and ops Fast growth, autonomy, and high ownership in a high-impact role
