Deliver effective classroom instruction using a variety of teaching methods and technologies. Assess and evaluate student progress through exams, papers, and projects. Advise and mentor students on academic and professional development. Conduct research in the field of Chinese language and literature, contributing to scholarly publications. Participate in departmental meetings and collaborate on curriculum development. Engage in community outreach and promote cultural awareness through events and workshops. Requirements: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Chinese Language, Linguistics, or a related field. Proven teaching experience at the college or university level, preferably in Chinese language courses. Strong proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and familiarity with various dialects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with innovative teaching tools and online education platforms. Ability to conduct research and publish findings in academic journals.
