SAP B1 Specialist

We are looking for a SAP Business One Specialist with strong business acumen for a well-known industry leader in the Packaging and Containers Manufacturing Industry to be based out of Noida. Key Responsibilities Analyze business processes and identify critical reports needed for decision-making. Develop, implement, and customize SAP Business One reports (Crystal Reports, SQL Queries, Dashboards, etc.). Ensure ground-level employees correctly input data into SAP for accurate reporting. Train and support teams in data entry best practices and SAP utilization. Collaborate with management to streamline workflows and optimize SAP usage. Automate data validation and ensure proper report accuracy. Troubleshoot SAP Business One issues and provide solutions. Work closely with finance, inventory, sales, and production teams to integrate reporting needs. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in SAP Business One implementation, reporting, and optimization. 10-15 years of experience in SAP Business One would be preferred. Strong understanding of business operations and decision-making. Expertise in SQL Queries, Crystal Reports, and SAP B1 reporting tools. Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into actionable SAP reports. Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or similar industries (preferred). Strong problem-solving and process optimization skills. Excellent communication and training abilities. Self-motivated and execution-focused.
