Role Overview We are seeking an experienced HR Manager who can take full ownership of the HR function — from talent acquisition to operations, payroll, compliance , and employee engagement . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to building high-performing teams and optimizing HR processes. Key Responsibilities ✅ Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Lead end-to-end hiring processes for internal roles (HR, sales, operations, tech, etc.) Build a strong employer brand to attract quality candidates Work closely with department heads for workforce planning Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction process ✅ HR Operations & Compliance Maintain employee records and ensure HRMS accuracy Handle employee lifecycle documentation — appointment letters, exits, etc. Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF/ESIC, and other statutory requirements Implement SOPs for daily HR operations and interdepartmental coordination ✅ Payroll & Attendance Oversee monthly payroll processing, attendance, and leave management Coordinate with the finance department for disbursement and TDS/statutory deductions Resolve payroll-related employee queries on time ✅ Employee Engagement & Culture Organize employee engagement activities, feedback surveys, and recognition programs Improve team bonding and work culture with regular communication and conflict resolution Act as a trusted point of contact for HR-related concerns and grievances ✅ Performance Management & Retention Drive performance appraisal cycles and KRA setting across departments Recommend promotions/increments based on performance review metrics Plan retention strategies to reduce attrition and increase job satisfaction Who We’re Looking For ✔ Must-Haves 5-10 Years of experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive Proven ability to manage end-to-end HR functions independently Strong understanding of HR tech tools, Excel, and HRMS systems Experience in building teams from scratch is highly desirable Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field ⭐ Bonus Experience in recruitment/staffing agencies or fast-paced startups Exposure to the education, edtech, or services sector What We Offer Competitive salary & performance bonuses A chance to work with leadership directly and grow rapidly A transparent, high-energy work culture Opportunity to shape HR systems in a growing tech-first organization Apply Now Send your CV to hr@fpsjob.com with the subject line: “Application – HR Manager (Preferred Location)” Job Location: Jaipur or Noida (On-site)
