Exp Required: 5 years Shift: UK Shift (2 PM Onwards) Job Location: Noida/Gurgaon Work Mode: Hybrid Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled PPT Design Expert / Visual Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint , strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud , and the ability to craft visually compelling and strategically aligned presentations and visual assets. This role is pivotal in developing high-impact presentations and graphics that support business communication and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Presentation Design Expertise Design visually stunning and brand-compliant PowerPoint presentations for high-stakes business use, including client pitches, executive meetings, conferences, and internal communications. Transform complex data and information into clear, persuasive, and graphically rich slides. Create templates, visual assets, and icon libraries to support consistent and efficient slide creation. Apply strong layout, typography, and design principles to produce engaging and professional decks. Customize animations and transitions to enhance storytelling without overwhelming content. Visual Design & Creativity Create original static and interactive design elements such as infographics, illustrations, and branded collateral. Collaborate with business stakeholders to conceptualize and execute design solutions that meet communication objectives. Design materials for both digital and print formats as required (e.g., brochures, social posts, banners). Maintain design consistency across all outputs, ensuring brand compliance. Project Execution Manage multiple design projects from concept to delivery under tight deadlines. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and business teams to understand project needs and deliver high-quality outputs. Support the development of sales/bid-management materials and marketing campaigns through expert design solutions. Stay informed about trends in presentation and communication design to bring fresh ideas and modern aesthetics to deliverables. Technical Proficiency Expert-level PowerPoint (animations, master slides, custom templates) Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (intermediate to advanced) Canva or similar platforms Basic knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro (nice to have, but not a focus) MS Word Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. 5–7 years of professional design experience, with a strong focus on presentation and corporate communication design. A portfolio showcasing a range of PowerPoint presentations, infographics, and corporate design work. Excellent communication and time-management skills. Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
