Procurement Executive

Greetings from Coraplus India Pvt. Ltd. We are currently looking for a Procurement Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the procurement department with day-to-day operations, vendor coordination, order processing, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. For more details, visit website URL: https://www.coraplus.com/ & https://www.kemipex.com/ Responsibilities: Create/edit: Items, vendors, Purchase orders, and Blanket Purchase Orders, in the ERP system. Follow up with vendors to avail packing details, technical documents, sample requirements and communicate regularly with respective teams. Coordinate internally to expedite approvals at every stage. Follow up with the supplier to get material in time and escalate to procurement managers timely to address any bottleneck. Follow up regularly with finance to ensure on-time payment to suppliers. Prepare daily MIS reports for relevant work and review them with the procurement manager. Short close orders and maintain clean dashboards in ERP. Review item/vendor master and block inactive items/vendors in ERP. Preparing the production request form getting the approvals from manager and coordinating with production team for processing the finished products. Coordinating with the customer support team to get the Blanket sales order, Sales order, Purchase requisition form. Coordinating with the supplier and logistics to get the shipping schedule and update the customer support team for the material readiness. To coordinate and provide documents, and information from suppliers to logistics and finance team if required for GRN and invoice posting. Skills & Qualification Minimum 3 years of procurement support experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in updating ERP system. Minimum 3 years of experience in purchase order management.
