SAP Transformation Head @Bengaluru/60L/Should have a strong base in Bengaluru/Need from IT Services ONLY

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of all facets of SAP transformation, including HR, Finance, Sales, and Delivery. He/ She will be the second-in-command during the Transformation phase, leading discussions with vendors and acting as the primary point of contact for leadership and board members. Professional services experience is essential. He/ she would work on strategic initiatives and oversee complex, cross-departmental transformation projects. Demonstrate expertise in change management, program execution, and digital transformation while showcasing strong stakeholder engagement skills, driving impactful business results, and fostering high-performing teams. Drive process optimizations and digital transformation efforts in collaboration with business and IT teams. Proactively identify and address risks and dependencies to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth execution. Work with external consultants and vendors to ensure high-quality outcomes and alignment with key business goals. AsK: With over 18 years of total experience Including 6 years of experience in transformation, change management, and program delivery, preferably in complex, matrixed organizations in managing SAP experience Demonstrated ability to lead large cross-functional teams through ERP / system transformation Proven success in managing digital initiatives and working with IT systems and process improvement tools. Preferred: MBA Certification in Change Management Experience in Agile or Lean methodologies Prior experience in Professional Service companies, undergoing rapid digital or operational transformation
