Key Responsibilities:  Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.  Coordinate with pricing, operations, and documentation teams.  Handle customer inquiries and provide shipment updates.  Track sales leads and follow up with internal stakeholders.  Maintain customer records and sales data. Requirements:  Graduate with 2-10 years of experience in freight forwarding sales support.  Strong communication and coordination skills.  Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.  Detail-oriented and organized.
