Infrastructure Insights & Reporting Engineer - PAN INDIA

Exp : 7 to 10 Years Location : PAN INDIA Required Skills & Qualifications • 3 years’ experience in Infrastructure Operations, Reporting, Monitoring, or Data Visualization roles. • Strong understanding of: o IT Infrastructure components (compute, storage, backup, network, cloud platforms) o Infrastructure availability and compliance concepts o Infrastructure monitoring tools (OpsRamp, cloud insights, GCP Ops Suite, Azure Monitor, etc.) • Hands-on experience with data visualization platforms such as: o Power BI, Excel, Service Now • Strong data aggregation and modelling skills, ability to bring together data from multiple tools/sources into one coherent dashboard. • Experience building drill-down dashboards and visual maps of data points. • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with multiple teams. • Good understanding of compliance reporting requirements in Operations. • Strong communication skills to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
