We are looking for a passionate and capable Human Resources manager to lead our hiring strategy and support key business functions through strategic partnership. Role Overview This is a dual-role opportunity that combines end-to-end ownership of Talent Acquisition with strategic HR business partnering. The ideal candidate will have strong hiring experience, people-first thinking, and a track record of working in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Lead bulk hiring for sales and customer-facing roles with clear ownership of TAT and quality Create and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, referrals, vendor networks, and internal tools Drive recruitment drives and walk-in events across target locations Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle via Darwinbox, from requisition to onboarding Collaborate with business heads for manpower planning and workforce alignment HR Business Partnering Act as a trusted HR partner for assigned business units Drive key people processes: goal setting, reviews, engagement, and development Provide resolution to employee concerns while ensuring adherence to company policies Analyze HR metrics and generate actionable insights for business improvement Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and leadership support What We’re Looking For 6–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner roles Demonstrated success in bulk/volume sales hiring Strong stakeholder management, communication, and team collaboration skills Data-driven mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven attitude Comfortable working in high-growth, agile, and evolving environments What We Offer A high-impact role with visibility and autonomy at India’s top edtech platform Opportunity to shape and scale both hiring operations and people strategy Collaborative and merit-based work environment Exposure to high-performance teams, business leadership, and evolving HR practices
