Experience: 7–10 Years Locations: PAN India (Bangalore / Noida preferred for some roles) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Employment Type: Full-Time Open Roles & Skills: Adobe Campaign Developer / Specialist Hands-on experience in Adobe Campaign (Classic / Standard) Strong in campaign workflows, personalization, segmentation, and data schema Integration with third-party systems via APIs or Adobe connectors 2 AEM Forms Developer Experience with AEM Forms (adaptive forms, workflows, and correspondence management) Strong backend (Java) knowledge preferred Exposure to AEM as a Cloud Service is a plus 3 Sr. Business Consultant – Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Strong experience with Adobe Analytics, CJA, and Workspace Expertise in data modeling, segmentation, and real-time reporting Stakeholder communication and solution consulting skills Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Knowledge in Real-Time CDP, schemas, segments, and destinations Familiarity with Adobe Launch, AEP Web SDK, and Edge network Experience in data ingestion from multiple sources (CRM, Web, Mobile, etc.) 5 Adobe Target Specialist Experience with personalization and A/B testing using Adobe Target Familiar with mbox, offers, activities, and integrations with AEM/AEP Experience with behavioral targeting and audience creation 6 Adobe Commerce Developer (Magento) – Bangalore/Noida Preferred Hands-on with Adobe Commerce (Magento 2) Experience with headless commerce or PWA Studio preferred Knowledge of API integrations, modules, and performance optimization 7 WKFT – Adobe Workfront Experience in implementing and configuring Adobe Workfront Workflow design, project tracking, and reporting setup Integration experience with other Adobe tools (e.g., AEM or Campaign) is a plus General Requirements: Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams Agile/Scrum methodology exposure Adobe certification in relevant modules is a plus Ability to join within 0–30 days
