Looking for BullHorn Support Engineer | Chennai to join a team of rockstar developers. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 yrs. of experience. There are multiple openings. Company Background - We are a multinational software company that is growing at a fast pace. We have offices in Florida & New Delhi. Our clientele spreads across the US, Australia & APAC. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for the Bullhorn SaaS product, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently. Utilize SQL Server to diagnose and resolve data-related issues and optimize performance. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Manage ticketing systems, track issue resolution progress, and ensure timely responses. Assist in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to improve product performance. Document resolutions, technical processes, and best practices for knowledge sharing. Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to users on Bullhorn functionalities and optimizations. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in Bullhorn support or similar SaaS product support roles. Strong expertise in SQL Server , including writing queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning. Experience with SaaS applications and cloud-based platforms. Knowledge of API integrations and troubleshooting connectivity issues is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ticketing tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar.
