Job location : Gorakhpur Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the Gorakhpur Centre. Lead and motivate a team of educators and support staff. Implement strategies to achieve business targets and enhance student engagement. Manage budgets, resources, and ensure compliance with company policies. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture. Ideal Candidate Profile: 5 years of experience in managing academic centres or educational institutions. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proven track record in business development and achieving targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
