Experience: 4 Years Work Mode: Night Shift Key Responsibilities: Experience in technical support for Google Cloud tools, Salesforce CRM, and internal applications. Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently. Assist with user access provisioning and troubleshoot Salesforce CRM issues. Mandatory Skills: 4 years of experience in technical support (Cloud/web technologies). Should have experience in Salesforce CRM SQL, CPQ/CLM knowledge.
