Key Responsibilities: ✔ Provide front-line technical support for Google Cloud tools, Salesforce CRM, and internal applications. ✔ Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently. ✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Order Management) to drive issue resolution. ✔ Assist with user access provisioning and troubleshoot Salesforce CRM issues. ✔ Work with US-based projects , ensuring seamless communication and support. Mandatory Skills: ✅ 3 years of experience in technical support (Cloud/web technologies) . ✅ Must have : Strong Salesforce CRM knowledge. ✅ Preferred : SQL, CPQ/CLM knowledge. ✅ Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills. ✅ Outstanding written & verbal communication (customer-facing role). ✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment .
