Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and effective Japanese language training to students Develop customized lesson plans and course materials tailored to learner needs Conduct assessments to evaluate learners’ progress and provide constructive feedback Utilize digital platforms and modern teaching tools to enhance the learning experience (virtual classrooms, online quizzes, etc.) Foster a supportive and interactive learning environment Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and language trends Desired Candidate Profile Proficiency in Japanese and JLPT certified N3 level or native speaker Previous experience in language training/teaching is an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching styles for different learner groups (adults, students, professionals) Comfortable with virtual/online teaching platforms Certification in language instruction (preferred but not mandatory) Why Join Us?
