We are growing rapidly and are looking for a Category Manager who can lead and scale one of our key content categories, bringing strategic thinking, execution focus, and learner-first innovation. Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office – No Remote/Hybrid) Work Days: 6 days a week Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Experience Required: 3 to 5 years (in Category Management, Growth, Strategy, or EdTech) Role Overview: Category Manager As a Category Manager , you will own the end-to-end performance of a learning category—driving its growth, revenue, educator management, and learner experience . You'll be expected to combine strategic planning , executional excellence , and cross-functional collaboration to unlock value across the category. Key Responsibilities: Own category P&L, growth metrics, and performance goals Design and execute category-level GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies Lead learner acquisition , engagement, and retention initiatives Work closely with educators, content teams, marketing, and product to plan learning journeys, programs, and campaigns Identify category gaps through data and market research; launch new sub-categories or offerings Drive continuous category improvement based on learner behavior, feedback, and competition trends Plan and manage live classes, course structures, assessments, and launch timelines Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure seamless operations. Ideal Candidate Profile: 2–4 years of experience in Category Management , EdTech , Product Marketing , Growth Strategy , or Business Operations Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or EdTech environment is strongly preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—comfortable working with Excel, dashboards, and KPIs Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage stakeholders Deep understanding of learner behavior, market dynamics, and educational content delivery Self-starter with strong ownership, execution mindset, and ability to thrive under pressure Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Mandatory Criteria: Must be available to work on-site in Bengaluru (no remote/hybrid) Comfortable with 6-day workweek Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Immediate or short notice joiners (preferred).
