Junior Payroll Executive

Position: Junior Payroll Executive Location: Noida (Onsite Role) Experience Required: 2–3 years Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Payroll Executive to join our finance and HR operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indian payroll processes , statutory compliance, and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end payroll. Key Responsibilities: Process end-to-end monthly payroll for employees with 100% accuracy. Ensure timely computation and disbursement of salaries. Maintain accurate payroll records, including attendance, leaves, and deductions. Manage and file PF, ESI, PT, TDS , and other statutory compliances. Handle reimbursements, incentives, and final settlements (F&F). Coordinate with HR and Finance departments for smooth payroll operations. Generate monthly reports, salary slips, and audit support documentation. Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations. Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and payroll discrepancies. Requirements: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment. Good knowledge of Indian payroll laws and statutory compliance . Familiarity with payroll software like KEKA , Saral , or similar tools. Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). Attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive data with confidentiality. Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or a related field. Experience with client payroll processing or working in a startup or consulting firm is a plus. Exposure to US payroll (optional but preferred).
