Role Overview As a Program Manager – M&A & Strategic Operations , you will take the lead on high-stakes, cross-functional projects involving mergers and acquisitions, HR integration, and operational strategy . This role requires independent ownership, adaptability across time zones , and a consultative approach to manage complex client engagements from due diligence through post-merger integration . Key Responsibilities M&A Program Management Lead and manage end-to-end M&A engagements including due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger transitions . Act as the primary liaison between Fundvice and client stakeholders throughout the M&A lifecycle. Ensure alignment of project execution with strategic deal objectives, timelines, and compliance standards. Client & Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with client-side CXOs, legal, HR, and finance teams to align on goals and drive results. Maintain high-touch communication , often across time zones, ensuring transparency and responsiveness. Adapt working hours based on client needs to support ongoing international engagements. HR & Operational Execution Support HR transitions , SOP development, compliance alignment, and cross-functional process mapping. Lead the implementation of both internal and client-facing operational initiatives in HR, compliance, and vendor management. End-to-End Ownership Manage complex projects independently, ensuring all deliverables are met with quality and timeliness. Maintain clear and comprehensive project documentation, risk tracking, and dashboards for internal and client use. Proactively identify bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and maintain accountability across teams. Key Skills & Requirements 4–8 years of experience in project or program management , preferably within M&A, strategic consulting, or operations . Proven exposure to M&A workflows such as due diligence, integration, and change management. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to independently manage client relationships . Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with a professional command of English. Ability and willingness to work in overlapping client time zones as per engagement requirements. Understanding of HR, compliance, and business operations is highly desirable. Education & Certifications MBA from a reputed institute is strongly preferred. Certifications such as PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent are an added advantage.
