As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated Rental Agent to join our customer service team on a full-time basis. Requirements: Previous experience in the car rental industry Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus) Valid Spanish B driver’s license (Manual & Automatic) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong background in customer service Your Profile: Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and tech-savvy A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills Energetic and accustomed to fast-paced environments Empathetic and customer-focused Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the entire client experience, from initial contact to problem resolution Handling reservations, contracts, and vehicle sales Driving company vehicles to designated locations when needed Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention Location: Malaga Airport ⏳ Hours: 40 hours per week (Evening Shift)
